MN was commissioned to design & build a complete gut renovation for this 10,000 square foot Bayfront home. MN handled the all aspect of the design and construction to include demolition of the existing interior of the home, an addition to the second floor of nearly 1,500 sf and a first floor addition of nearly 1,000 sf as well as new impact windows, new pool, new exterior gates, railings, driveway, in order to transform this residence to an award winning masterpiece.
